Meet Susan

She is a diversity and organizational development professional who designs and implements initiatives to enhance the organizational effectiveness of her clients. In addition to her sixteen years of experience in diversity and OD, Ms. Mannlein also has six years of practical line-management and P&L experience at Baxter Healthcare in the functional areas of credit, customer service, operations, distribution, and financial services. Following her leadership roles in operations with Baxter, Ms. Mannlein became a Senior Consultant with the Diversity Management and OD group there. Later, she joined Towers Perrin as a Senior Consultant in their Diversity and OD practice before starting Global OD Solutions in 1997.
